What's the difference between a Leader and a Hero? Who leads your team forward?
A hero is someone who leads people. A hero sacrifices themselves; they are programmed for death.
A leader, on the other hand, is motivated to live. A leader wants to live more than others; they are the opposite of a hero. A hero leads, while a leader directs.
Whenever we choose something other than ourselves, we choose the hero’s path—to go against all odds and die. In these moments, the will to live disappears.
For a leader, being better than others is a natural drive. They seek recognition from others.
