Mindfulness
There's nothing grand or expansive about awareness. A mindful person is someone who sees their actions and understands what they're doing at a conscious level. And the main goal of mindfulness is to stop living on autopilot. To understand where we're wasting ourselves, what we're not paying attention to, that is, where we're depriving ourselves of something, where we're unstable, where we're doing things out of habit.
A conscious person is a person who sees his actions, who understands what he does not at the level of reflexes or at the level of emotions.
